HERE’S WhAT TO EXPECT over 12 weeks
Pre-work: When you chose your first career you had limited self knowledge. It was easy to plan your life according to the expectations of your parents, your teachers, 17-18 year old you. Now it’s time to get clear picture of who you are today and what you want. You’ll be challenged to delve deeply to uncover all the answers.
Week 1-4: We have conversations about your core values, your purpose and what makes you feel alive. You’ll quickly get clear on where you want to add value and what you want to get paid to do.
Week 5-6: Completing your DiSC profile and other tools, we’ll learn more about the signature strengths you bring to the table.
Week 7-8: It’s time to test your assumptions, ask great questions and research your new path before you dive right in. You’ll be given a framework and approach to review your discoveries to make sure the next career is a great fit for you.
Week 9-10: You’re now at a place you’re shortlisting roles and dream organisations you’d like to apply for. We begin to fine tune your message on Linkedin, resumes and improve your approach to networking and interviewing so your community can understand your value and help you get that job.
Week 11-12: Reflect on your new career blueprint and map out the challenges. Together we’ll develop your master plan for ongoing progress, making sure you’re clear, confident and feeling supported.
