Over the years I’ve experienced 2 major career U-turns and worked in more than 6 different roles in the marketing and not-for-profit sector (see MORE ABOUT ME at the bottom of the page for more about that).
AT A CAREER LOW POINT MY BODY STARTED REALLY TALKING TO ME.
My neck and back ached. My heart was beating out of my chest and felt claustrophobic sitting at my computer desk. Now I know my adrenal cortex was yelling out by releasing stress hormones in my body. It didn’t feel good AT ALL. At this point, I turned to the experts. I saw physios, Chinese doctors, GPs, kinesiologists and other healing practitioners. The biggest change came when I started to look at my mindset.
I got a coach who helped me understand what makes me tick. That opened up a world of new choices.
LIVING WITH INTENTION MEANS DOING WORK YOU CARE ABOUT AND TAKING DAILY ACTIONS THAT LIGHT YOU UP.
From there, I surrounded myself with people that believed in me, kept challenging myself and took consistent action. Fast forward to some years later, I discovered a fierce passion for helping people find and do work they believe in. Moving people from feeling strung out to productive and happy at work. I love teaming up with people to solve this problem.

As a Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Accredited DiSC Trainer and Facilitator, Alice is passionate about sharing her tools and programs about growth mindset, finding purpose, habit forming, productivity and connection with her corporate groups and one-on-one clients.
In her past lives, Alice has worked in marketing for over 8 years in the areas of fundraising, communications and advertising. She has served with leading creative and communications agencies such as Cummins Nitro, George Patterson Y&R and Pareto Fundraising. It's Alice's industry experience, leading countless projects and campaigns delivering millions of dollars for organisations and not-for-profits, combined with her ability to lead people to inspired action, that helps get her clients the results they want in business, career and life.
